Abstract submission

Abstract

Deadline for abstract submission: September 1, 2025 at 23:59 CET

We invite neuroradiology professionals, researchers, and residents to submit abstracts for the 6th Croatian Neuroradiological Meeting with international participation, to be held in Šibenik, October 17–19, 2025.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be included in the Congress Abstract Book, and selected submissions will be invited for oral presentation during the Young Radiologists’ Sessions on Sunday, October 19.

The Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster Presentation will be awarded a free registration to a future course or congress, such as an ESNR course or a future edition of our event.

TOPICS:

  • Pediatric Neuroradiology (Spinal dysraphisms, Craniocervical junction, Tethered cord)
  • Orbit, Sella, and Parasellar Region (Anatomy, vascular and inflammatory lesions)
  • Spine Imaging & Interventions (Intramedullary tumors, Back pain treatment)
  • Selected Case-Based Lectures & National Contributions

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in English
  • Maximum word count: 350 words
  • Use Arial 10 pt font for text; Arial 12 pt, all caps for the title
  • Structure for original research:
    • Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Case reports and review papers should be written as a continuous, unstructured paragraph
  • Include:
    • Author’s full name (no academic titles)
    • Institution, city, and country
    • Email of the corresponding author

Previously published abstracts will not be accepted.

 Submission Platform

Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the official congress website. The system will allow authors to access and review their submissions.

Double submissions will be rejected.
Each registered participant may present up to three oral presentations.

All co-authors must disclose any conflicts of interest. Abstracts lacking complete disclosures will be automatically rejected.

Only registered participants may give oral presentations.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by September 10, 2025 whether they are scheduled for oral or poster presentation.
